SHIPPING & HANDLING

On occasion, Blue Lapis™  offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up for our mailing list on shopbluelapis.com.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders within the USA $100 and over.

$8.99 shipping for all domestic orders within the USA under $100.

The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. After that, delivery time is 10-21business days and 15-30 business days for pre-order items.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Please be advised that all our items are hand-crafted, made to order/custom made in South Africa.Thank you for your patience.

*Please note: Colors/patterns of items may vary slightly due to the fact that they are hand-crafted. However, they will remain within the same general main color scheme. We allow our artisans the creative freedom to make artistic variations in crafting their pieces/artwork as they feel inspired, in order to make each piece unique!

Rest assured, each and every item is thoroughly inspected several times before shipment.

Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Pricing Errors and Cancellation of Orders 

    1. A product may on occasion be listed with the incorrect price. If a product is purchased at a price that is lower than the correct price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order. In the event that the correct price should be lower than the price paid, we will adjust your charge and give you the lower price.
    2. Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card issuing bank.
    3. Credit card declined by the financial institution.

    Taxes apply to some orders. Our Shipping charges are based on shipping USPS,UPS, FEDEX Ground or a similar courier to the 48 Contiguous United States.

    We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION

    We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

    Due to the unique nature of our products (custom made/made to order) and for hygienic purposes as related to some items ie: earrings, headwraps, etc., We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All sales are final.
